In addition, timetabled into the training camp will be yoga & pilates sessions for runners, functional strength and injury prevention training. The key workshop sessions will ensure your race day performance is optomised with advice on running technique, pre race and race day nutrition, tapering and pacing.
Every course member will receive a video analysis of their running technique highlighting areas that are most likely to lead to improvements and longer term injury prevention.
