Come and join us on the Robin Brew Sports Warm Weather Marathon Training Camp in conjunction with Sports Tours International and Club La Santa for a fully loaded Marathon Warm Weather Training Camp in the sun.

 

With a great coaching team delivering invaluable early season training, you can be assured of a warm welcome and a highly rewarding and specific programme of activities bespoke for Marathon runners preparing for early season races.

 

Club La Santa is the Worlds No1 sports resorts with outstanding facilities including an on-site 400m track and an abundance of beautiful & stunning coastal run routes on trails and the road. You will love the organised daily run sessions of varying distances (with aid stations on longer runs over 10k), track sessions, skills and drills sessions, tempo runs and practice races, which all begin with a structured pre-run mobility session and finish with a post-run active recovery and stretching session.

In addition, timetabled into the training camp will be yoga & pilates sessions for runners, functional strength and injury prevention training. The key workshop sessions will ensure your race day performance is optomised with advice on running technique, pre race and race day nutrition, tapering and pacing.

 

Every course member will receive a video analysis of their running technique highlighting areas that are most likely to lead to improvements and longer term injury prevention.
