Professional Coaching for Masters & Triathletes looking to Prepare for the
British Championships or Maximise Improvements

These camps are organised outside of the holiday periods to ensure that the time we have in the pool and in the classroom is exclusive. We have years of experience dealing with all levels of ability from those just starting out who are struggling with the basics to those who are looking for additional gains this season. Entirely for Masters swimmers the Swim Camp offers an unparalleled  level of coaching and feedback unique for all levels of ability and will be especially attractive to those wishing to make the most of a well-earnt break and looking to maximise their swimming  improvement in a very short time.

The camps are comprehensive but also fun and engaging packed full of easily digestable  training and coaching content and advice. We will have two swim sessions daily and will focus on skill and technique development, whilst build specific pool fitness and speed. You will love the technique sessions where you will be able to review your stroke technique with the coaching staff and see yourself swim above and below the water every session, helping you to improve your awareness and to plot your progress and improvement in step with your current goals.
