early season training camp designed specifically for elite age group athletes

 

These camps are organised at one of the worlds greatest triathlon training resorts, Club La Santa, where we have over 3 decades of international coaching and training experience. This camp is ideal for committed triathletes who are wanting to take their performances to a new level. The camp caters for Long, Middle and Standard distance athletes and focuses on specific endurance sessions along with essential key technique work in all disciplines. 

 

The programme is packed full of essential training and coaching content and advice. Will will swim everyday but, every 2nd day we will have two swim sessions. In the mornings we will focus on aerobic work and pace control for  1.5k,1.9k & 3.8k events and in the evening we will have a short session focusing specifically on technique improvement & skill development with the aid of video analyis.  

 

For those that know Lanzarote there is no better place to invest in specific biking fitness.  The Island is ruggedly beautiful Iwith some of the best cycling & running routes in the world. The use of the track and the accessible transition area’s make for some really interesting brick (swim/bike or bike/run) sessions too. With this in mind the week will include specific overdistance brick sessions giving you the confidence to work towards your target race pace.
